Cavanagh Law Group recently obtained a $250,000.00 settlement arising out of a motor vehicle crash in New Jersey. On March 17, 2009, Andrea Hochkeppel was a passenger in a vehicle traveling west on I-80 in Bergen County, New Jersey when a drunk driver suddenly collided with her car.
As a result, Ms. Hochkeppel sustained a fractured collar bone and multiple fractures to her back. At the time of the incident, Ms. Hochkeppel was studying musical theatre and dance, and her injuries impaired her range of movement as a dancer as she attempted to begin her professional career.
The case settled for $250,000.00 while on trial. James Lynch of Suffern, New York served as local counsel for Ms. Hochkeppel.
