The family of a Wisconsin construction worker who was hit and killed while working on a road construction site in Elmhurst, IL has filed a lawsuit against Adan's Trucking, Inc., and the driver operating the company's vehicle. Thirty-eight-year-old Daniel Green of Fontana, WI was struck and killed by a semi-tractor trailer on September 12, 2011, while working near the intersection of US-20 W and York Road in Elmhurst, IL.
